So? Add the stipulation of the training threads needing actual, decent content relevant to their training. It's easily disregarded otherwise, and you probably just get people attaching these training threads to their mission completions, often without even using their specific stat frequently. A thread where they just rely on strength to pound out their enemies? What use is that sort of training thread when submitted to level up their speed?
