Species Ability/Perk

Able to transform into a older form but drains the CPUs energy by 5% per post. CPUs, in HDD form, are able to fly 5 meters in the air, increasing by 10 meters for ever rank the CPU ranks up. CPUs are protectors, also known as goddesses, of their own country and must gather shares to keep their country flourishing. First, what do you mean with energy? Second, please explain your overall race here as well. Third, please bullet point your perks to let us know when does it end one perk and starts the other. And, I personally don't know what do you mean with HDD nor CPU.

Special Unique Characteristics

Blanc doesn't age because of being a CPU, console patrol unit, and is a bit stronger then normal people. Blanc can transform in to a older form by activating her HDD, hard drive destiny, and become ready for battle when the call happens for her to fight. This isn't a special characteristic, this would probably be a perk since characteristics are things like having horns or tails or maybe a scar.

Character Depth

Personality: Blanc is a young, mature and honest girl from the country known as Lowee, that is fairly small compared to others but isn't bothered by others calling her short. She has a short temper and can snap at any moment, transforming into her HDD form, White Heart, who is very aggressive and temperamental, getting into fights and never backing down or trying to let her foe get away. Blanc, around other people, tends not to get in to trouble and tries to get along with everyone she meets unless they are Evil or has a record of being in a evil Guild, which makes her get angry and makes her become her HDD form, White heart. White heart is drastically different from Blanc, She is fairly confident and can be very understanding to others, though is drastically more aggressive then her original form, and will tend to attack others by the simple action of doing anything remotely evil or illegal. In battle, Blanc is calm and doesn't take much time to figure out her foes weaknesses and strengths, while keeping her distance from her foe, trying to prolong her fight as long as possible to keep her stamina up. however, when Blanc becomes White heart, her battle strategy is more in the lines of taking out her foe as quickly and as brutally as possible, keeping her opponent close and never letting them have a single moment to have a break, using the terrain to her advantage and not letting her foes get the better of her. White Heart is cruel, harsh and takes every opportunity to crush and kill her foes as quickly as possible, taking every weakness they have into account and exploiting them with no mercy, While Blanc is more calm and takes her time to kill her foes by whittling down their defenses and stamina down to near nothing before dealing the final strike on them, killing her foes and gaining experience from the fight as she needs it to keep growing stronger, strong enough to keep her home country of Lowee safe. calm and cool, Blanc is a CPU that never wants to let her people down and to keep her family safe from the threat of everyone in the world.

Likes:
-Cats: their fluffy tails and cute face make Blanc very happy and gives her a urge to play with them that can't be resisted.
-Training: if it is mentally or physically, Blanc likes to train and get stronger for her country.
-animal people: reading about people with animal features, Blanc likes to believe in people with animal features and wants to meet one soon.

Dislikes:
-horror movies: seeing anything remotely horror like annoys Blanc and tends to make her angry.
-sleeping: having to waste her time sleeping is not a thing Blanc likes to do but she accepts it is something she must do.
-Evil: taught by her mother alongside her younger sisters to be good, Blanc hates evil people and tends to take things into her own hands if the law does nothing to it.

Fears:
-her country being destroyed: if Lowee was ever in danger of being destroyed, Blanc would fear that it would be destroyed and would try to get back as quickly as possible to protect it.
-her younger twin sisters dying: Blanc fears her little sisters dying and doesn't wish to have them die so soon.
-losing her position as Lowee's CPU: losing her CPU position is her biggest fear as she won't be able to protect her sisters without her power as a CPU.

Motivations/Goals:
-To become stronger: growing stronger then anyone else, that is Blanc's dream
-To gain new friends:being a goddess of Lowee, Blanc never got to make many friends, so she wants to gain new friends by wandering around Fiore.
-Becoming her worlds ultimate goddess:Being in a world where every countries CPU is trying to become the ultimate goddess, Blanc wants to get that too by gaining knowledge from Fiore.

• CPUs, in HDD form, are able to fly 5 meters in the air, increasing by 10 meters for ever rank the CPU ranks up. To transform into HDD form, you mean transforming into another form like above? If you do, you could actually combine the perks in a single one.
  
  So, for the two perks, if you Do combine them, I'd recommend to eliminate the stamina per post and add a duration and cooldown which would change each rank.
