- The battlefield, littered with corpses, sharpened pillars of steel, shattered blades, pools of blood. There alone stood one man in a black long coat before hundreds of soldiers. Was it even a man? Was it even human? The only expression on his face was one you would see on a child who was bored of hearting the same bed time story he had heard many times before. He appeared, he killed the soldiers, and maybe his coat was ruined. That was all that really happened. Nobody hurt him. Nobody could hope to hurt him. Even their best could only ruin his clothes if they were lucky.
The man let out a sigh. Were they even worth the effort to kill? “Alright then, let’s get this over with,” he muttered as he threw a punch. His arm turned into a sword and extended to the nearest soldier, impaling his skull and going through it as if the soldier’s bones were made of butter, and continuing through the next two men behind him and killing them as well. The man lunged forward, the next men behind him fell over, barely escaping their death, but Ean made a sweeping slash of his blade tearing through multiple soldiers and leaving blood in the wake of his obsidian steel. The soldiers gasped in awe as their comrades were torn through and their formation ripped apart like a sheet of paper.
Any notion of having strength in numbers was obliterated when so many were slain with one swing of the man’s hand, the monster’s hand, the Hero Eater’s hand. The commander stood in the back shaking so fervently it caused his armor to rattle. All the so called ‘hero’ wanted was to escape, to run away and simply keep himself alive. Once the soldiers noticed this, all moral that the soldiers may have had was gone. The formation destroyed itself as the soldier’s panicked and went into disarray. Most were fleeing. The man in the coat didn’t even feel like chasing them. His face was almost depressing. Disappointment was all he felt. He remembered the one who taught him magic, who taught him how to fight, who taught him how to destroy.
- Spoiler:
The man remembered the cliff which over hung a small village. The demon, Belial, with his long, thick, matted red hair blowing in the winds, horns as big as his arms and a cocky grin on his face. Belial was a massive creature of humanoid shape. His love for humans was abnormal amongst demons. Although it was more of the devils own personal amusement rather than a genuine love. Fondness is the best terminology for what Belial thought of the flesh bags that were his student’s race. “Ean,” he spoke the then child’s name. Ean looked up to his master’s face.
“What?” Ean asked a little irritated.
“You humans,” Belial began, “you are always so entertaining. Find the right human’s and you’ll never be bored a day in your existence.”
“Who are the right humans?” Ean asked.
Belial let out a hearty laugh. “Even I can’t find the right humans for you! Mine aren’t even around anymore,” he bellowed. Despite his happy demeanor, Belial’s eyes were distant.
“MY LORD!” Ean heard a bellowing moan as he saw somebody charging him with sword in hand. The sword held overhead and swung down at Ean. “YOU FIEND! YOU’LL PAY FOR THIS!”
“Sorry but,” Ean muttered as the same leg that killed the noble went back around and in the air, kicking the blade out of his leg with a jump upwards. “Debt collectors need to be scarier than you if they want to get their dues.”
The man fell to his rear as the sword was propelled from his grasp. Ean wasn’t going to waste anymore time. Almost all the other soldiers were gone. He was the only one with some sense of loyalty to that pitiful excuse for a commander. Ean’s foot came down on the soldier’s head. Ean slammed it to the ground, shattering the skull of the soldier who attacked him.

- Spoiler:
- The Past: Brought up in a family that was doing well for themselves to say the least, he was raised on the better things in life but was never spoiled or raised to feel like he deserved these things. He had to work just like everyone else in his family until he was about the age of sixteen. Before he was sixteen however he saw a Grand magic games when he was a boy and from that day on he wanted to become a powerful mage and fight in the games too. So he trained his body once he was done with his work load for the day. His family Owned a chain of Spa's in Balsam and his job was to deliver the coal and wood to the Spa's every day. Once he was twelve he met this old man at one of the Spa houses his family owned and began to talk with him. After a year of talking with this man daily, the boy began to train with him in the way of magic. Knux wasn't any good at first but would get better day by day. On top of working and his training he was progressing well. They trained for years like this, bettering his magical abilities and his effectiveness with his Lightning magic. Then on his sixteenth birthday they Old man fell ill. He wasn't going to last long with his body frail and weak. It was then made clear to Knux that the old man Bass Maikaru was sick long before he met Knux. The teen's eyes watered as he didn't wish for his master to leave him, Bass grabbed the boy's hand and gave him a book. Inside the book was the history and spells of Lightning God slayer magic. Bass told Knux of the tales of this power and what if was used for, and how he had gotten it himself. Knux then knew that he had a greater purpose in life, he would leave his family business in the hands of his brothers and sisters and go off to find a Guild. Once he found Sabertooth, he began to read the book page by page studying this hidden art of magic for long periods of time through out the day. Once he had read the book four times he began to practice the magic. Day in and day out his body was pushed far beyond normal lightning magic limits. After a year of training one day his magic began to change, his lightning took on a darker color it had became black. A smile of crossed his face as he had seen the first stages of the God slaying magic had be taken. He kept his training up training with the spells in the book, black arcs of lighting flew through out the skies from there on out. He hadn't mastered the spells yet, but one day he would be able to do great things with this power.
The present: It was dawn, the sky still dark as the sun had yet to raise over the eastern mountains of Balsam yet. The Early morning sky was clear and brought a chilling wind with it. After all the coldest part of the day was right before the sun rose, but even all these early morning conditions weren't enough to keep some people to get up and start on their day.
Back in the Sabertooth Guild on the second floor a crimson haired man could be found sleeping, he usually stayed in the guild hall when he was in the city as he wasn't there for long and made no sense to buy a hoe to stay out. This man was the Ace of Sabertooth or as some called him the Demon of Sabertooth. His raw power with white lightning and the way would seem to eat the lightning strikes that would come down on the city is what gave him the name. If anyone was watching they'd see him getting up from his bed and moving towards the window to look out into the city and judge his day. He then moved towards the bathroom where he ran some water in his sink while brushing his teeth, flossed, and fixed his hair in a spiking manner as he always did when he wore his armor.
Once he was done in the bath room he walked over to a large sliding door where he kept an array of different clothes. He wasn't like most who had plenty of the same outfit, that was just tacky and ill styled. His hand gripped a black suit that was custom made for his body and fit it well. You could see the breaks in this body where his muscles where that's how fitting it was. Pulling the zipper up from his mid chest to his neck he was now set to get into his armor. The front and back sides of the armor were separated by some pieces of wood holding each side up. It was a large enough gap for the mage to fit in between and stand, and he did just that. White lightning began to run around his body then reach out to the armor and pulled it onto his lean frame. Piece by piece it magnetized together then until the full suit of armor was in place. Of course he wore no helmet peace, he wanted everyone to see who it was he wore it, even though this suit of armor as simply pointless as it had no benefits to being worn other than the style and image it gave off. Which was of course why he wore it, and it often worked. For the final touch over his bed hung six foot long sword, this sword was his families crest of power. The Ivyson, a weapon so powerful you could look at it''s purple tint to the blade and just know it was dangerous. He reached out to it and a bolt of lightning struck it brining it's hilt to his hand. The Blade was just as long a him inch for inch, though in this armor he stood on inch taller then it so it was alright.
He placed the sword on his back keeping the hilt of the blade close to his right hip so his hand could easily grab it and use it with each, this too was held in place with magnetism. One last thing and he was ready to go, on his night stand a full pack of cigarettes ready to go. Pulling up on his left forearm armor piece he had a small slot made to fit just a single pack of smokes for him. Now that he was ready he popped opened his window and leaped from it rolling onto the ground beneath. His morning was now officially started.
Walking over to the job's rally point the Lightning mage found the man who he was escorting today. After looking over the crates and ensuring the contents of what was inside, he shook the mans hand with a smiled and offered to get started. Knux laid on top of the three crates on the opened trailer and placed a cigarette into his mouth lighting it with his finger via lightning. He road like this the whole time to ensure no danger was to come of the man or the items he laid on. If anything happened he was sure to act swiftly and with deadly force.
Once the travels began Knux waited patiently for the first half of the day nothing happened. It wasn't until they took a break for lunch that it gave those who lurked in the woods the chance they had been waiting for. it happened so suddenly, four dark mages leaped down from the tree tops surrounding them. Knux stood to his feet once he saw the first one land, his emerald hues looked around seeing how they were out numbered. Being on top of the crates it allowed him a slight advantage which allowed him to see more then they dark mages could. Clenching his fist black lightning arced from his body as he became enraged. Holding out his hands above his head he used one of his multi target attack. This attack was called God Slayer's Storm, the spell fired up two bolts of lighting into the air after reaching five feet above the user the two bolts would split. Once the two bolts split into 4 smaller bolts giving a total of eight, they rained down two to each target. The effects of getting hit with this attack was 3rd degree arc burns where the bolts hit the target.
However, three of the targeted mages were able to get away, the other on was struck by two of the bolts. Now he had to act quickly, charing his body with black lightning he increased his speed for a shirt time. This allowed him to move at 8 MPS. Rushing over to the mage closest to the supplier Knux rocketed three punches to the male. One to the chest, gut, and throat. The throat shot was last, and since he had surprised the mage they landed. Once his last strike was being pulled back he felt a chilling pain hit his side. The mage to his left used Ice Magic and had sent a block of ice at him. This caused Knux to stumble from his current position. As he was stumbling the renaming two mages began to move to the crates to steal them. Grunting Knux held out his right arm at them and sent black bolts of lightning zooming into their backs. This was a spell sort of like one he had used at the start, but this one had a different effect. This one would cause spasms in the muscles where the lightning had struck. Thankfully it had hit them in the back preventing from them to be able to grab or even walk for the moment.
Knux looked back over to the ice mage while he could still hear the one closest to him gasping for air. Two Ice blocks where heading towards him. Still being charged from his lightning he was able to roll out the way in time. He rushed the mage in a full sprint with his left fist cocked back, once five meters away he leaped into the air and sent his fist forward. As his fist flew forward black lightning cover his arm and sent off a spell that took the shape of his fist and was sent hurling into the Ice mage. This applied 3rd degree Arc burn to his torso where he was hit. The situation was looking grim being this heavily out numbered. Tough as luck would have it it seemed the Ice mage was knocked out, he had fallen and hit his head on a rock the stuck out from the ground. How luck was he? Knux quickly turned around to see his magic was wearing off on the two mages trying to take the crates. Meanwhile the one who was hit in the throat caught his breath and fired his own bolt of lightning at Knux. Hearing the sound of an arcane attack heading his way, he opened his mouth and began to suck in air. Turning to the bolt of lightning that was zooming to him, he inhaled the lightning and felt it restore some of his missing magic. Now chuckling A spear of black lightning forged in the palm of his hand, he could see the fear in the eyes of the Lightning mage as he had just eaten his attack, literally. Stun by fear Knux tossed the black lightning spear at the man hitting him in the chest. The arcane attack applied 3rd degree burns to his chest and knocked him off his feet.
The two remaining mages looked at each other and ran off. Leaving the other behind, Knux took some rope from the cart and tide the other two remaining mages up to a tree leaving them there until the trip back where he could take them in.

Hi there, this isn't a valid RP sample for the following reasons:
1. Doesn't show how you got the slayer magic
2.Doesn't display how you use it
3.Isn't on this site
4.Is from another site
Please use a sample that is made from scratch. Thank you

RP Sample: I'm too lazy to put it in a separate thread, so I'll just put it here.
- A Coming Wind(829 words):
- It was a beautiful day in the forest, so beautiful that it was sickening, perhaps to the average dark wizard. The crackling of leaves on the ground could be heard as various animals of various sizes tread the path that was established over several hundreds of years. The quiet path of the forest was one so very...easy in ways. To be free from all responsibility: That was quite the oasis, so to speak. Also, it didn't seem like quite to place to have to worry in.
The tranquility was shattered when what sounded to be a body crashed to the ground with a deafening thud, breaking leaves and twigs, causing various animals to flee the scene. The body belonged to a young boy, no older than thirteen or fourteen. He managed himself up to a seated position, a look of exhaustion and pain painting the boy's face. He was not only fatigued, but angered at himself for falling. A series of large cracks filled the air as the boy twisted around, popping the bones in his spine back into place.
Today was Tuesday. The boy, known to his parents as Kazuki, admitted that his favorite day of the week was Tuesday. For it was one of the few days that he would get the actual day to himself. His classes, if he even decided to go to them, were held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Also, both of his parents were tending to the duties of their jobs on this day, his father being a government official, and his mother a nurse.
As such, Kazuki had the entire house to himself for the day, but he honestly preferred to sit in the forest. He found that to be better than sitting in the house, where people so ridiculously came to his door, looking for his father or Kazuki himself. There were three people in particular who he hated coming to his house. Ironically, it was those same three people who Kazuki called his friends. The group was composed of two girls and one boy. The two girls were twins; You could barely sense the difference between them asides the fact that one was about three minutes older than the other. The boy was no more than five foot three, and on the chubby side. The girls on the other hand were about five foot eight, taller than Kazuki by about two inches.
Kazuki had decided to go back home; He was incredibly hungry and the pangs were beginning to cause a lapse in his mental state. When he reached a seeing distance of the seemingly fragile building, he noticed that those three people, the three people I was talking about earlier, were right outside the door, waiting for him to open up. Out of seemingly instinct, the boy took several very cautious steps back to the gates of the village, and back to the forest. He really didn't want to deal with those people today.
Once he was sure he was away from the village, Kazuki decided to hike the entire forest; He wasn't doing anything today, so what the hell. He projected himself to be walking out here for about two hours straight before he decided to go to sleep for the rest of the hours. However, as he walked, he noticed that the speed of the wind was rising with each step, evident by it becoming increasingly harder for Kazuki to even walk.
Not making matters better was the fact that Kazuki was still incredibly hungry. His strength was fluctuating at this point, and he had to grab on to some trees just to keep his current position. However, he noticed that there was something in the clearing, a creature. To know what that creature was: That gave him the drive to go on, to the point where he had reached the clearing and took a leap of faith towards it. When he landed on his face, he got up to notice that the creature was actually a woman, covered in scales, horns protruding from her temples.
"I see. So out of everyone, you were the one who was able to defy the odds of my power, and enter this place. I commend you, young one. As your reward, allow me to teach you something that you will undoubtedly need for the rest of your natural life."
Kazuki responded with "I really wasn't looking to have class on a Tuesday."~*Timeskip - Eight Years Later*~
Kenpachi couldn't for the life of him remember what he did after meeting that Sky Demon. He knew that he trained with her, but couldn't put his finger on what he did there.
"I suppose it doesn't matter. I still owe her a thanks for teaching me this magic. But I'll worry about that later," He said as he looked up at the blue sky, a steady breeze of wind causing the hairs on his head dance.
"I wonder where she is..."
*Before assuming the title of Kenpachi, Sasaki's birth name was Kazuki.
