-Second Origin: Selenia's Second Origin was unlocked, a painful process which left her with a magic power far greater than she had before. This allows her to unlock one spell of her current rank in her sub magic. -Passive Regeneration: Selenia learned a passive healing spell that allows her to heal damage of her rank over two posts (one rank lower than her current rank each post) with a three post cooldown once she has taken damage of her rank or higher.
Character Depth
Outside of Battle: Selenia outside of battle is a very nice, sweet person most of the time. Not a socialite, Selenia is somewhat of an ambivert, enjoying the company of friends in small groups but also needing personal time for herself in order to recharge her mental faculties, which usually occurs when she works out or otherwise relaxes. She doesn't trust easily, but once she does trust someone she will trust them fully and completely, which can leave her open to the worst kind of pain if someone ever does betray her. Even so, she's a strong person, very independent when she's on her own and able to take care of herself. She can also be a bit stubborn, but there's nothing she can do to help it. The worst thing about her is that she's not very forthcoming when it comes to her own feelings, but she's a great listener who likes to help others whenever they feel like talking to her. She's very opinionated on things that don't refer to herself, and is often outspoken and thinks she's usually right when it comes to a topic. Inside of Battle: Although by no means fearless, her will when she's determined is indomitable. She will do everything in her power to do what is needed in order to accomplish a goal, even if it means risking her life. She's completely serious in battle, and has learned from her experiences that no matter what once must never underestimate an opponent. She's alert and confident in her own abilities, trusting her Celestial Spirits to fight as well as they can. If working with a group, she likes to strategize beforehand if at all possible, and her intellect allows her to lead a group quite well by assigning her group members to different tasks an positions. She's quite unshakable until one of her teammates or Celestial Spirits gets hurt, in which case she begins to doubt herself and worry which can leave her open to attacks that she'd normally be able to defend against. All in all, Selenia is excellent in battle even though she doesn't go around challenging people due to her cool and collected nature and her brilliant strategies. She's honestly like a completely different person, her serious nature taking over whenever she has to fight someone else.
Likes:
- Celestial Spirits: As a Celestial Spirit mage, Selenia cares for the Celestial Spirits she currently has contracts with on a level that shows caring and compassion; she also wants to know more about them as well as have the opportunity to meet more of them.
- Getting to know people: Although big groups aren't her strong suit, Selenia is very good in smaller conversations, especially with just another person. She might not be extremely outgoing or sociable all the time, but she's a nice person at heart.
- Travelling: Seeing what the rest of the world, if not the universe, holds, Selenia enjoys getting out and going on a job to a faraway place or vacationing somewhere like Akane Beach.
Dislikes:
- Rude people: She can't stand these, and will quickly put them in their place if they begin to say anything towards her or anyone she cares about. Although she usually won't resort to physical violence, she won't hold back from raising her voice and getting serious in return if she's angered enough.
- Fighting for no reason: Seems like a pointless waste of time to her, and for good reason. She'd much rather be enjoying to company of others or taking time for herself as opposed to getting into a match with an opponent that she would have no reason to attack. Whenever she does fight, however, she's totally serious.
- Being hit on: She's not the type of girl that likes to flirt and have romantic relationships; although she's friendly, she's also somewhat of an introvert, and this keeps her from getting romantically involved with others easily. Although she won't be mean and will try to convey that she isn't interested nicely, if the person continues and she gets frustrated, she will usually end up being blunt.
Fears:
- Losing her friends: Touched upon more in her character timeline, but basically she has already lost a team of friends and is always worried about being too weak to defend any she continues to make, which has driven her to get stronger.
- Letting the Celestial Spirits down: She's constantly worried that she may not be strong enough, and that she might end up hurting the Celestial Spirits in battle, which is another reason that she pushes herself to become a stronger mage. She fears that they'll get hurt and that the bond she had with the Spirit will be irreparable.
- Flying bugs: Just hates these in general, especially the ones that bite or sting. She can never tell where they're going to land and they bother her endlessly.
Motivations/Goals:
- Defeating the Demons from the Books of Zeref: Touched upon in her timeline, but she will do whatever it takes to defeat them. First, however, she knows she has to become much stronger than she already is.
- Getting to know as many Celestial Spirits as possible and becoming friends with them: As a Celestial Spirit mage, she has hopes of becoming friends with all of the Celestial Spirits, and has made efforts to seek them out wherever they may be.
- Making Fairy Tail be the top guild and make friends in the guild as well: She loves the friends she's made at the guild and is proud that she was able to join Fairy Tail, which allows her to keep moving forward even after what she's been through.
