General Information:
Name: Ancestral Name: Sun Wukong, Human name: Drake.
Nickname: By his peers as a joke his nick name is "Banana King" though when someone such as an enemy calls him this it only makes him mad or annoyed.
Age: ∞ (Infinity/incalculable) Wukong does not exist on a normal timeline and thus his age is near impossible to determine.
Species: Monkey Sage: Sun Wukong being the first of the Monkey Sage race, originally created as a Massive ape like monster which tore apart the Sage realm, the Gods took pitty on the poor beast as they watched its primal rage, unable to control its feelings or actions. Removing his tail, the beast reverted into a much smaller, human-like being while retaining its animistic traits. Still angry with its creators, Sun Wukong and the lesser Monkey Sages, made in his likelihood, rebelled against the gods. Storming the God Realm, Sun Wukong was actually able to kill one of the Gods who had made him such a terrible creature in the first place. The Gods were displeased with Sun Wukongs actions but did not smite him, instead that damned him to have to travel to lower planes of existence every couple thousand years, leaving him home in order to protect those of the Earth world.
Species Ability/Perk:
Eyes of Truth: Originally, Sun Wukong's eyes are black with a golden four pointed start shape in them though he is able to call upon his true eyes. The Eye's of truth are a deep blue color with a black cross in the center of them. The eyes of truth are capable of doing what their namesake implies, they allow Wukong to see through lies whether they be verbal or visual, allowing him to tell when a person is lying to him as well as saving him from being deceived by illusions or false creations. These eyes also allow him to read magical glyph's or scrips which would otherwise be unreadable without known the dialect. This perk can only be activated 3 times in a single thread. Magically, when cast by a user this can only see through that of equal or lower rank than Wukong.
Flying Nimbus: Being the Monkey Sage king of the Sage Realm, like all Sage Kings of that realm, they are one with everything within the realm. The Sage Realm is mostly known for two things. Firstly it is known as the realm of meditation or enlightenment, being the closest realm that exists to the God realm. The other is that it is also known as the "Cloud" Realm because of the special golden clouds which inhabit the land. Because Wukong is one with these clouds he is able to call upon his own Golden cloud from the sage realm that he can ride, allowing him to fly around.
Special/Unique Characteristics: There are circumstances where Sun Wukong will have a tail (BEWARE OF THIS O.O)
Character Depth:
Personality: Sun Wukong, the Monkey King has reincarnated himself several times over in order to keep himself alive over several millenniums. In order to do this he must be reborn into his complete human state and grow in power until he is back to where he normally is and becomes able to roam freely in the Sage Realm once more. Because of this, his memory, mannerisms and overall personality traits are basically reset. It is almost as if he becomes someone completely different for a little bit. Sun Wukongs current personality does not reflect the complete personality of the Monkey King but are more like mere 'childish' thoughts, aspirations and actions that the Monkey King would have as a child. Currently Wukong is an extremely carefree individual, not paying much attention to dangers or problems of the world especially when he can think of some sort of impractical solution to the problem, this can become dangerous for the young King as he is unable to see the obvious dangers before him, at first at least. The young King also enjoys a good battle, seeing fighting as more of a game of sorts, Wukong will engage anyone he sees and deems worthy of fighting, sometimes he will even do this against the will of the opponent though he would not go as far as to really injure someone who refuses to fight back though he will act rather disappointing. Luckily for those who disappoint Wukong, he is quick to forgive and forget and will almost instantly strike up a conversation and change the subject subconsciously picking at their brain to get a feel for the person.
Wukong's rate of maturation is rather quick however, as if he is ahead of the learning curve. He changes from the childish and carefree demeanor that his more 'infant' stage has to something a bit closer to the stature and demeanor of Sun Wukong, The Monkey King. He starts to become more aware of his surroundings and such as a King does, keeps the problems of not only himself but his friends and loved ones close to his heart and in his mind. This does not stress the Monkey King out however, Wukong is extremely calm and collected despite all the things on his mind. The Monkey King himself is a ponderer, often in deep and stoic thought over the matters at hand. Wukong is a problem solver, he sees all truth and lies with his "Eye's of Truth" which allows him to see the problems at hand. The Monkey King is also a great warrior, hailing from his previous lives, the Sage and King of Monkeys traveled from the Sage Realm to the God Realm and killed Gods that he would encounter, earning him the respect of some Gods. In combat Wukong fights less like a man and more like a beast while at the same time being level-headed. Because of the great ferocity he is able to show while at the same time being calculating and tactical, he is, was and once again will be a power to be reckoned with. Because of his title as a King, Wukong often dislikes taking the back seat and not being the leader, he will often question whomever the leader is with his own methods and even attempt to show them a better way. As a leader himself, Wukong is a strong one. He is naturally a good leader as he possesses the trait of empathy which is further enhanced by his "Eyes of Truth" which allows him to see through lies, since he is very good at feeling the pain or happiness of others he can relate to them extremely well, a trait which helps in making people want to follow you.
The heart of Wukong is a very strong one, he has lived many different lives and he has loved and he has lost, over time it has in a sense grown strong because of the plethora of things it has endured. Because of this, Wukong is a strong lover, not only when it comes to a woman but to the world itself. The world around Wukong is something he will love powerfully, he treats the world well and in return it treats him well. He can understand this much deeper than most mortals because he has been to other planes of existence and understands how fragile and intricate life is. While no one knows this not even himself, Sun Wukong has taken a wife in every past life. It has been for many reasons whether it be for love or something far more political, whatever the cause is. Wukong has always become able to shine 100x brighter once he has a strong female by his side to support him as well as he supporting her. Some may find it hard to approach Wukong and get to know him and eventually fall in love with him because his exterior and interior changes rapidly, sometimes he can be extremely soft nature and loving and then the next moment he can be in full war mode, ready to destroy and opponent. It takes a special person who also has a vast amount of empathy to truly understand who Wukong really is deep inside, especially when he is almost like two people trapped in one body though he is many trapped in one body.
Likes:
- Nature: Wukong is very in touch with nature and loves being in forest, woods or other nature filled areas.
- Fighting: Wukong is a fighter, he is always searching for a strong opponent to fight. To him fighting is more of a game though, a game to be taken serously.
- Storms: There's just something about the crack and flash of lightning that puts Sun at peace.
- Power: Wukong is always trying to get stronger, increase his power and overcome new obstacles, its what drives him.
- Balance: Wukong is a very firm believer in "balance in all things" he believes that in all things there should be a bit of light and dark.
Dislikes:
- Evil: While he believes it is necessary for the balance, he still dislikes evil-dooers.
- Those with the intent to destroy life or nature.
- Cowards: Wu has no respect for those that are purposefully cowards when they have the power to fight, if they're a good person, Wu will try to help them overcome their cowardice.
- Being told what to do: When being told what to do by someone who does not have the authority to do so, Wukong gets very annoyed.
- The Gods: The Gods created him as a terrifying and somewhat evil beast to begin with and for that he resents them.
- Mass destruction: Wukong will stop at nothing to stop mass destruction, he has been tasked with defending the earth-land from just that.
Fears:
- Not being able to return to the Sage Realm fully: Wukong has been sent to earth and is stuck there until his "mission" is complete, he fears that he may not complete his mission and not be able to go home.
- The coming of Evil/Dark Gods: Dark Gods are the ones who originally made the corrupt monkey beast that became Wukong, he dislikes the dark Gods the most and fears they may try to destroy the earth-land.
- The scales of fate tipping too far in one direction: Wukong tries to keep the balance of the world even, without darkness there cannot be light and without light there cannot be darkness.
Motivations/Goals:
- Returning to the Sage and God Realm: Wukong will never give up his grudge against the Gods that made his original form, he wishes to return to the Sage Realm so he can go back to the God realm and finish his revenge.
- Gaining his former power and much more: With the task of him being sent to earth-land, he is no longer as strong as he once was as the lower realms do not have enough energy for him to become as powerful as he could in the Sage and God Realm.
- Becoming a God himself: Wukong wishes to exterminate the Gods that cursed him and take their place as a new God among the Gods.
