Hey! I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post if I want to become a staff member in this thread (if not sorry), but I would like to apply for the moderator position. My resume (kinda) is here:

Why do you want to be a staff member?: I am a friendly and helpful person, so I love to be the one that people go to in troubling situations X3. I am also VERY experienced, as I was an admin on a Fallout: Equestria minecraft site that also did a ton of roleplays for more than a year, so I am used to helping others. I also think that it would be a great experience for me! If you decide that you wants me for the job, please send me a Skype message (Bacon has my Skype). I will actually not be able to access it for the rest of the year, as I am on vacation, but if you catch me on the site, please tell me! Thx

So heres my resume for Mod position.

Im ex united states military, which means im extremely hard working, can work well with a team of people, im becoming even more active as of recent trying to get back into the spirit of rping again. Im extremely friends and easy to get along with, and have held myself to a very professional standard. I was also a Moderator for 2 sites for at least 2 years a piece and both of them are extremely successful.

We currently have 5 moderators and sadly cannot accept any more. We are definitely looking for developers though for more help with systems and events. If you would like to consider the developer positions, please message me and or any of the staff. Thank you in advance.

Alright I've been rping since 1999 and that ranged from Dragonball Z, Naruto, Gundam Wing, and even a Digimon themed RPG's to Fantasy. I've also RP'd on MUDs (Multi-user Dungeons) which are basically text-based games and was an admin (Owner, Head RP Admin, Builder) on several. Recently I am looking to help a newer RPG (this one) to become successful and last for years, as recently every single FT RPG I have joined has died, either because of the admin being absent or lack of advertising to bring in players (Or has been around to long and is to hard to compete with existing members). I am a General Manager so I'm normally on throughout the day, but things such as making posts I generally do after 11PM (Central) or before 10AM (Central) - I'm very active, as I am on almost every day (although I might not chat all the time). I always have ideas and analytical and willing to help or suggest ways to improve on something.

Seeing as I'm in charge of those divisions (gfx for dev), welcome aboard~

Why I want to be a staff member?... Well I like to think of myself as a people person, I hate it when people are having trouble and like to help them out anyway i can. I like to maintain a positive attitude and keep things level headed as best i can. I enjoy working with others more than by myself. Like to keep thinks as simple as possible so is to not over complicate things, life's to short to make is so XP.  I'm pretty laid back and carefree most of the time and because of that tend to think things through before trying to solve anything. I liked to be kept informed on any and all situations involving anything im apart of so is to not look like a bad person when i make final decisions on said situation.

Any experience being a staff member?... I have little to no experience on this matter. I've modded on one site for a short while before leaving the site. Reasons for this was due to inexperience and tempers getting high. Like i said above i usually keep a cool head but even i can get mad at times, i have a lot of patience but even i can run out at times. Long story short I was trying to reason with the site owner on some matters and it didn't end out well. Here i'd like a chance to redeem myself and see if I truly have what it takes to be a staff member or not.

What staff position should i shoot for?... This time around I was thinking the Dev. team, this way I can work with others all the time instead of working by myself. Bacon also informed me that this position was most needed for members so why not give it a shot. As a Dev. team member i'd like to be as helpful as i can be and try to learn what i can as soon as possible. I wouldn't even mind being the one people want to pm to for any ideas and such to be reviewed by the staff team, in fact i welcome it.

How active would I be as a staff member?... Well as it stands right now my work has been giving us lots of hours, we normally work 40 hour weeks but 3 of the days lately have been 10 hour days and we also have been working an 8 hour Saturday shift totaling in 54 hour work weeks. I dont expect this to last forever but that is what my work situation is for the moment. Other than work I'm currently on another RP Site that i have invested lots of time to and don't really want to leave. So as for how active i'd be on the site itself i can promise to be around here and there but the best way to get my attention is on Skype which im on all the time via my computer or my phone. If i dont answer right away its prob cause im either working or sleeping or very rarely busy and away from both.

Hallo ^>^ Figured I'd apply, since there's no reason not to anymore. Plus, it'll be more fun this time, I think. Less arguing, I hear o.o

Experience: I've been RPing for 9 years, closing in on 10. I've staffed on different sites for about 3 or 4 years of those nine.

Qualities: I didn't know what to call this... but it pertains to personality. I try to be pretty patient with members (though other staff members have been able to put me over the edge, I will admit) and open to anything people tell me about. I can work on teams, most of what I do is teamwork these days xD Can't RP without it. I'm weird and shippy, I'll admit that, but nobody's ever complained about it. (Except when evil people tease me with CB emoticons D: )

Experience: I can do graphics, basic coding, systems, I'm a pretty good writer (at least I think so XD), and I'm competent at grading as well.

Position: Developer, if that's still open. If not, I'd be fine simply helping out in Support.

Activity: 7 days a week. In fact, if I'm not on seven days a week, that's probably something to worry about.. :p I'm online whenever I'm home or at the college waiting for a class to start.
