Rasa's race looks like a human with a prehensile tail (think DBZ Saiyan for appearance). As far as he knows or cares he's completely human other than the fact he has a tail. He's never seen any other person of his species and just assumes his tail was just something he was born with. A sort of birthmark if you will. He can use his tail as a makeshift limb. He has a tail and is perpetually dirty. Even freshly bathed he looks dirty. His tail is long and brown like that of a Howler Monkey. It's about three feet long. His body is riddled with scars and tattoos.Character Depth
Personality: Rasa has ADHD as well as schizophrenia. He cannot sit still for long periods of time and believes the whole world exists to entertain him. It doesn't matter if Rasa is directly involved with a scenario or not as long as it entertains him. In fact watching chaos is his favorite pastime. He has ADHD and can't sit still for long periods of time. If a commotion starts, Rasa is almost always there smiling and laughing. Rarely serious, Rasa truly lives solely for the moment and doesn't worry about the consequences. He believes the whole world exists for his own amusement and often uses levity as a coping mechanism to cover for his own insecurities and dark past. He's largely harmless as long as he's having a good time. Fortunately he's easily amused, but has a very short attention span. However should he become serious, his constantly wagging tongue stops and the blades come out. This darker side of Rasa serves as a terrifying reminder to all that Rasa is no childish prankster. He is a trained assassin and can quite easily regain the composure required to continue his work. For a few minutes at least. The easiest way to deal with him is to remember that he is in a sense extremely gullible. Rasa may not believe you, but if the lie is more interesting than the truth, he'll accept it. Just be careful what you tell him because he is extremely intelligent and it is nearly impossible to beat him at his own game. In combat Rasa uses misdirection to make unpredictable strikes. He’ll often plan dozens of steps ahead, then get bored and scrap most of them. He uses traps more than any other form of combat, so he spends most of the time running around instead of directly attacking. He prides himself on his ability to run faster, leap higher, and turn sharper than almost anyone. He is extraordinarily athletic. Surprisingly he is also extremely clumsy. He trips, falls, miss-jumps, or otherwise just plain screws up on his maneuvers constantly. The people that know Rasa best assume it’s on purpose because there’s no way a trained assassin could screw up that many times, but no one has ever managed to prove it.Rasa LIKES: _______.

-Rasa's biggest fear is to be abandoned and forgotten. (Stems from being an orphan and having to raise himself from a young age)

MOTIVATIONS/GOALS:
-To be entertained. Rasa loves to see people's reaction to his own antics. It's proof to him that he makes a difference.
-To have fun. If you're not enjoying every second of your life, than there's something wrong.
-To become so famous he'll never be forgotten. If no one remembers you, there is no proof you lived.
