Magic Description
Starlit Prism is a magic not many people know much about. It can only be learned by direct tutoring, rather than through a book, as many people learn their magic, which makes it lesser known than some other magics. Starlit Prism is so named for its appearance when used: a multitude of billions of specks of light, the colors of which are either controlled into a certain range, or simply range from color to color on the spectrum. Though these lights may seem harmless, they are lethal, and often, each color comes with it's own devastating effect. Even so, they can be neutralized by the user, many of whom will use the specks to create light shows of sorts when entertainment is needed. They are also useful when in an area that is too dark for good visibility.
Magic Perks
*Light Sketch: Using the point of their finger or channeling their magic through a nearby stick or pole, a user of this magic can draw on nearly anything, may it be air, water, or even fire. These last until the user dissolves them, and though they cause no harm, this can be useful in team meetings, or coming up with battle plans. Mostly, however, Neru just uses it to entertain others.
