Break down of the magic app:

Under Rank of Magic is the current Rank the user who is making the magic is, if the user is making a second magic app and it is a sub magic app then the rank is one rank lower than the user's current rank meaning D rank mages can't have a sub rank magic.

Under Type of magic users have the option of the following: Caster Magic, Holder Magic, Slayer Magic, Lost Magic, Custom Magic {If Lost or Slayer can not apply for a sub magic}

Under Element of Magic place the Element of your magic if there are any, if none apply put N/A

Under Sub or Main you put either the application is sub magic application or main magic application

Under Guild Belongs to you put the guild your user is in, if not in a guild then put N/A

Under Character Specific you put a yes or no to this question: can only your user learn or use this magic?

Under Offense/Defense/Both you put whether or not your magic is defensive, offensive, or a mixture of both

How many Spells can each Mage have?

D-Rank users: Three Free D Rank Spells

C-Rank Users: Three Free D Rank Spells, 1 C Rank Spell

B-Rank Users: Three Free D Ranks, 2 C Rank Spell, 1 B Rank Spell

A-Rank Users, Three Free D Ranks, 3 C ranks, 2 B Rank, 1 A Rank spell

S-Rank Users, Three Free D Ranks, 4 C ranks, 3 B Ranks, 2, A Rank, 1 S rank spell

Spell slots can be earned through buying and training for them accordingly of which once you have bought a spell slot the user can request their app be unlocked then go in apply the spell they wish to learn, if approved they then have to train to get that spell before they can use it.
