- Flying: This one is going to be a fairly common theme. Guess what, in reality, human/humanoid creatures have no hope of flying. This story isn't based on reality, it's based on fairy tail, where giant overpowered geckos can fly. No matter what your story may be, your probably going to have to face some sort of adversary that can fly, NPC or PC. Therefore all characters will be set under the given limitations so nobodies flying in the stratosphere or the ozone.

Personality: Zagan is the pinnacle of a suave handsome villain. On a regular basis he is known to smooth talk whom ever is in the way of him getting what he wants. Of course if that doesn't work he was always willing to resort to more violent measures. Though willing he tries to refrain from such acts most the time. While he enjoys the mastery over others, seeing their pain and suffering, it isn't a very useful tactic most of the time. Suave and charming like he is, he tends to turn to flattering and bribes to get most of his work done. This does not mean in any way that he is afraid to fight if a person persists, it's just that most the time he believes those that challenge him to beneath his notice let alone worth his time to fight. A former Master of Arms, Zagan has amazing skill with weaponry of all kinds but that alone did not make him highest ranked Master of Arms. Zagan was considered a tactical genius among his peers. Able to analyze with quick efficiency any potential threat and formulate plans meant to give him the advantage. Though tactically he could finish opponents off quickly, he normally likes to take his time and play around with those that he fights. He'll grin and watch his opponents suffer time and time again to do something to win, often getting desperate and doing something extremely foolish. It is moments like that Zagan really begins to enjoy a fight, watching an opponent realizing that they are powerless against such a being. Once they've seen their final attempts to win fail, Zagan kills them with brutal efficiency. With Stronger opponents though, Zagan doesn't waste such time. He'll move as quickly as possible to incapacitate them though not kill them. Anyone with such power that forces him to fight in such a way is not someone that he would outright kill unless he had no choice. Instead it is such beings that he gives the choice to vow an unbreakable oath to serve him or to suffer until he chooses to kill them.
Now, while Zagan is capable of all these feats of holding his temper, keeping him from flying into homicidal rages, there are times that out of no where he'll let loose. It is as if there is a spinning wheel within himself made up of ten sections. 9 out of 10 of them say calm and collected but the 10th has but one word on it. MURDER! On this rare occasion, Zagan will hold nothing back and will kill all who vex him, whether in reality or only in his mind. These outbursts are extremely rare but once they happen, Zagan indulges in the cruelest forms brutality known. He revels in death and bathes in the blood of those he slays.

-Chicken - It just stays too good to say that you can't have more of it.
-Busty Woman - Being a former Celestial being without memory of his former life, he doesn't know why but large mammary glands he thinks are attractive. Very Attractive, especially if they're on a petite curvy woman.
-Blood - The feel of blood on his skin, the warm wetness, it makes his body tingle.

-Fish - Hates the taste, hates the smell and hates all those little bones.
-Self Righteous Heroes - Those pompous, going around do gooders make him sick. He wants them all dead.
-Finding out he is out of money - As a former Angel, he never had the use for money but since he fell, he found out that it is needed for a host of things. Having no money when he first arrived he knows how troublesome it can be, so just steal some.
Fears: (3 minimum)
-Losing All his Power - he needs power to achieve his goals. If someone steals it all then he will never be able to remove god and take his place.
-Death - Zagan's met the dude, he's scary.
-Finding someone that he would actually care about. To care would mean to have a weakness. If he cared about someone, enemies could use that person to keep him from his goals.
Motivations/Goals: (3 minimum)
-To Recreate the World in his Image - Zagan wants to control everything. He plans to take over the world and make it into a world of suffering.
-To Gain Absolute Power - He wants to destroy God, he's no fool though. He knows that it will take immense power to do so, so he seeks it out, killing anyone trying to stop him.
-To Regain access to the Heavens he was thrown from - he seeks to kill and replace God, so he needs to find a way back into heaven to do so.
