Species Ability/Perk
Being half demon this means that Cedric is both human and demon species. How he become a half demon is not known to Cedric due to the fact that he was left as a child at the steps of a church that would later reject him. His species of demon seem similar to that of the book of Zeref but as far as Cedric knows there are none currently alive.
- Perk 1:
Demon's Wrath: Being a half demon Cedric’s physical powers are unmatched. He naturally have a passive boost to his strength stat by a single tier but this comes at the cost. Due to having this unholy strength his natural ability to ward off holy magic is hindered to the point that all damage done to him by holy magic will be doubled.
- Perk 2:
Demon’s Greed: This is by far one of the nastiest abilities known to the world. A demon’s greed knows no bound. A demon will do anything to get what it wants, rob anybody of anything. A reflection of this nature is Cedric’s ability to temporarily steal the perks of others. To do this he must have either prior knowledge of the perk or witness with his own two eyes. Once he has done one or the other whenever he makes contact with a person either through his own hand or an extension through his weapon he may steal a perk of his choosing for the following 3 post. If he is aware of multiple perks/skills/abilities then Cedric will chose which he wishes to steal, but he must know about said perk to steal it. This skill has a 5 post cooldown.
Special Unique Characteristics
Due to being part demon Cedric has some traits that stick out when he embraces his demonic blood. For instant two small, black, horns will appear on his forehead when he chooses. His eyes can change to pitch black when angered and his canine teeth will grow sharper and longer.
Character Depth
Outside Battle:
Cedric is a rather playful and manipulative little demon. His appearance causes him to look much younger than he really is. He looks closer to a teenager than a 400 year old demon and uses this to his advantage. He is able to manipulate adults into helping him only to betray their trust and most of the time killing them in the process. He lives only for the moment and immediate satisfaction. He comes off very friendly and childish and often seems like he is a caring person but on the inside all that Cedric cares about is himself and seeing what the inside of you looks like. His thirst for blood and violence is un paralleled.
Cedric has lived as long as he has thanks to the fact that he has a very interesting and rather odd talent of being able to naturally mimic the behaviors of those around him. This has allowed him to survive throughout history and not be caught for the demon that he is. He has been known to attach himself to families, have them take him in, and in a manner of months have slaughtered the whole family and robbed them blind, he does this by going town to town posing as a sickly and weak boy begging families to take him in and help him. Once he finds a family to take him in it is only a matter of time before that entire family becomes a deadly incident. His constant change of personality and attitude has led to many, even those in his guild to wonder if they even really known the real Cedric.
Inside Battle:
Cedirc has honed his body to be just as deadly as any blade that is found to man. He tries to use the least amount of magic power as possible and restricts himself to melee base fights more so than not. He is cruel man in battle known for being brutal and without mercy. He also has a nasty reputation for being cheap in his fights using poison and even backstabbing techniques. He has been known to break his enemies bones on their limbs and let them lay there as he slowly slices into their flesh soaking up their screams and prayers. When he is in the process of slowly cutting up a person his eyes become pitch black as his demonic blood runs thick, this even causes his horns to show and cause a powerful killing presence to wash over the area.
Cedric has been known to lose control of his mental state when he enjoys a fight too much and lets the demon fully run his body. His horns become massive in size, even changing to a dark blood color instead of their black color. They start to twist inward towards Cedric’s skull. His eyes remain black pools of nothing but now black veins start to emerge around the eye. His knowledge of friend and foe becomes a blurred line and he becomes a danger to anything that moves before him.
Likes: (3 minimum)
- Bloodshed: Cedric did not earn the title of the Principality inside Tartaros due to the fact that he was one of the cruelest members. He loves to fight and slowly shred his enemies to pieces. Their screams send shivers of ecstasy throughout his body.
- Power: Cedric is a demon and one of the things that demons crave more than anything is more power, doesn’t matter the type or how it is acquired. He does not care to rule the rule but just to have the power to inflict pain on anything that he desires to.
- Sleep: Cedric is rather lazy and does like to just relax and sleep most days finding missions rather annoying. He is the hound of Tartarus but he is a lazy one. Sometimes he will even exchange blows with his master and comrades in order to skip out on a mission or doing a chore.
Dislikes: (3 minimum)
- Families: He never had one and has a pattern of killing families just to be spiteful. This may be why he has never felt the need to form bonds between friends either.
- Churches: They mocked him, chased him, haunted him , and hated him throughout his entire life. They curse the ground he walks on therefor he curses right back at them. He has been known to destroy a church or two in his lifetime.
- Bacon: He may be the only known person in the world that does not enjoy bacon but it is due to the fact that he lived with pigs for a long time when he was little and the only place he could find in the cold of winter to sleep was a pig farm.
Fears: (3 minimum)
- Purity: He fears that he will become a pure being that helps others rather than the dark force he is. That is one of the reasons why he has blocked his heart off and does not allow for love to enter.
- Control: He lives on the line of control and uncontrollable rage. If he slips up he could lose his mind forever and no longer be in control of himself.
- Law: Being a criminal he fears being caught by the light guilds and being forced to be a prisoner for the rest of his life.
Motivations/Goals: (3 minimum)
- Full Demon: He wants to erase the humanity from his body and become a full demon while keeping control of his rage and mind.
- Power: As stated before he wants to gain as much power as he can, by becoming a full demon he will unleash his true potential and thus grant him unlimited power.
- Extinction: Cedric has a low key goal to wipe out humans completely and allow for the rebirth of the demons of Zeref and the other dark creatures to rule.
