Along with this there are also exhaust ports located in the center of his hands as well. This allows Maverick to move at higher speeds, and allow his punches to be somewhat more painful in the impact.

This is a flight mechanic and a perk as well, as such, perks are only allowed one aspect, such as the damage boost, speed boost or flying itself. I will need you to change this perk to where it allows you only to fly, gain a single point stat boost in strength or speed, you will need to chose from one of these three.

Also please note that we do have some rules on how high you can fly in accordance to your characters rank.

Height limitations:

- Immense Strength: Maverick has the ability to quite literally send people or objects he comes into contact with flying with a single punch if he uses more energy than what is needed. Not only is his punches stronger, but his ability to move heavier things that normal humans can't move without help, this includes things that are three times his own weight. But as well as his ability to tackle stronger combat situations, as he can destroy his surroundings with multiple strikes, able to shatter the earth around him up to 15 feet from a single punch.

Most of what this says would all depend upon your rank, your strength rank and the rank of your opponent. Primarily I would advise reconstructing this perk to make it to where it allows you to increase your strength by a single rank, thus allowing you to knock people who have lower strength than you, so long as they are the same actual rank or lower than you, back 15 feet. This will also allow you to focus your other perk above on either speed enhancement or flying. Also this will need a duration and a cooldown on it.

While I see nothing wrong with this section, I would just like to state, just so that it is said and documented on this app. While the Bio-organic/synthetic skin and metallic parts ect are just fine for Unique characteristics, just know that you cannot regenerate because of this, you would need to make that into a perk via either this app as a species perk or on a magic app, if your magic has something to do with being robotic.

Personality:

Relaxing Oriented environment: A extremely docile, somber and doll like individual, one who seems to show little to no emotion. He is rather closed in, as he rarely ever shows emotion, he is very somber, and acts very mature. He is somewhat of a doll at times, but when he does show emotion, he shows them in a rather secretive manner, only giving a slight smile. He tends to speak in monotone like words, and speech patterns, though this is the case, he is a very curious individual. He tends to keep his data banks on the lookout for new information, and tends to always be recording such important info. He is always evolving and changing his personality to fit to his surroundings when he feels need be, and will often take people off-guard at a change in his individuality. Though he is set to evolve and adapt, he tends to be somewhat bullheaded and will at times enter a system evaluation protocol. When in this state he will go through a evaluation listing of events to perform if such new information if gathered and the possible outcomes that could arise from it. Even to the point of him going against orders that he was given, Project G.E.N.O.S is one individual that is also excellent at taking orders. And often will follow them to the fullest of his extent, as such was his programming.  

Combat Oriented environment: Maverick was programmed to be a killing machine in the wars of the past, and as such he is unforgiving. He is merciless and rather cold and calculating when facing his opponent, he strikes true and hits like a truck. He often will be invigorated by combat that his true nature will show up and will slowly tear his opponent apart, just to see if it will react like all living creatures would. He finds it fascinating to see how certain beasts inner workings operate, and when he is in combat will tear open their bodies to understand them more. Though he tends to is set to attack Hostile and evil creatures only, this does not include humans, with the, his enhanced programming prevents him from killing them. He instead goes into a Training Simulation, and will spare with a human instead of actual lethal combat. While fighting humans unless he has exterior reasoning, he will instruct them on how to be a better fighter in hand to hand combat, and how to counter such attacks. While also praising them for good works, and learn more about others around him, this in turn makes him a excellent teacher in martial arts, and unarmed fighting.

Personality:

Relaxing Oriented environment: A extremely docile, somber and doll like individual, one who seems to show little to no emotion. He is rather closed in, as he rarely ever shows emotion, he is very somber, and acts very mature. He is somewhat of a doll at times, but when he does show emotion, he shows them in a rather secretive manner, only giving a slight smile. He tends to speak in monotone like words, and speech patterns, though this is the case, he is a very curious individual. He tends to keep his data banks on the lookout for new information, and tends to always be recording such important info. He is always evolving and changing his personality to fit to his surroundings when he feels need be, and will often take people off-guard at a change in his individuality. Though he is set to evolve and adapt, he tends to be somewhat bullheaded and will at times enter a system evaluation protocol. When in this state he will go through a evaluation listing of events to perform if such new information if gathered and the possible outcomes that could arise from it. Even to the point of him going against orders that he was given, Project G.E.N.O.S is one individual that is also excellent at taking orders. And often will follow them to the fullest of his extent, as such was his programming.  

Combat Oriented environment: Maverick was programmed to be a killing machine in the wars of the past, and as such he is unforgiving. He is merciless and rather cold and calculating when facing his opponent, he strikes true and hits like a truck. He often will be invigorated by combat that his true nature will show up and will slowly tear his opponent apart, just to see if it will react like all living creatures would. He finds it fascinating to see how certain beasts inner workings operate, and when he is in combat will tear open their bodies to understand them more. Though he tends to is set to attack Hostile and evil creatures only, this does not include humans, with the, his enhanced programming prevents him from killing them. He instead goes into a Training Simulation, and will spare with a human instead of actual lethal combat. While fighting humans unless he has exterior reasoning, he will instruct them on how to be a better fighter in hand to hand combat, and how to counter such attacks. While also praising them for good works, and learn more about others around him, this in turn makes him a excellent teacher in martial arts, and unarmed fighting.

Likes:

- Flowers: He has a strange liking towards flowers and will always be seen knelt to one, and taking in the scent. He loves flowers of all kinds and will defend them if in danger.

- Nature: Much like the flowers, Maverick is one who cares about the world around him, though his many travels. He has learn to enjoy the beauty in nature and like flowers he will defend it.

- Protecting others: Maverick is a being who holds others over his own well being, and cares to protect anyone he can, he mostly protect those who can't protect themselves. This points mostly at sickly people, children and the elderly as well as injured people.

Dislikes:

- Snoops: Maverick hates when people eavesdrop on him, he believes that all privacy should be kept like that. If anyone is caught by him eavesdropping he will be very angry and won't forget their wrong doing.

- Haters: He dislikes people who show negativity to others for the simplest of events. Such as a better spell, toy, clothing or even home. Those people he sees have no place in his heart.

- Needless Fighting: If there is no reason to fight then it should be left at that. Maverick dislikes seeing people fight for no apparent reason.

- Nature and Flower killers: If Maverick sees a person destroying nature or even flowers he will loss his cool and flip. Unless you want a raving lunatic yelling at you, then don't kill nature. Or flowers... god knows his anger then.

Fears:

- Losing friends: Once  has made a friend, he hates to see them go, he will try everything in his power to keep one with him.

- Letting others die: Maverick hates to have others die, to him if he allows this he couldn't forgive himself for letting someone leave this world through non natural cause.

- Becoming a Machine: Maverick hated the idea of becoming a Android, and losing his humanity, it is the reason why he became a Cyborg. He still retains his human brain, and human emotions, though they are usually kept under wraps. If Maverick was every forced to become a robot, or inhuman he would shut himself down permanently by his own hands.

- Finding Knowledge: Knowing that the world is full of knowledge, Maverick keeps moving to find more. Wanting to fill his mind full of information to catalog.

Overall Appearances: Maverick has a mostly mechanical body his arms, legs, chest and skeleton as well as his muscular system is mostly synthetic or bio metallic on competition. The people who had him go through the G.E.N.O.S project wanted him to be mechanical but still remain human, through that reason his facial construction remained that of his once handsome young man features. His face and ears look like that of a normal human, made of an artificial, synthetic or bio-organic like skin material, and his eyes have black sclera with yellow irises. Along with his eyes, they're also bio-mechanical and upon analyzing any new phenomenon, his yellow irises will take on a form of mechanical optical lenses, much like the ones found in high grade telescopes.

This view is very obvious and can be seen by anyone who looks directly at his face, the first thing that will be seen is a black circular twenty point reticle with several smaller circles moving clockwise and counter clockwise. He has spiky blond hair, his eyebrows are usually portrayed brown, but have a dark blonde hue to them. He also has pierced ears, in order to somewhat fit in Maverick wears normal street clothes and sleeveless tops and hoodies in order to allow his arms to transform without hassle. He has been shown to have many different sets of arms, with varying abilities and strengths. Notable examples of his various "arms" are those he used in his sparring match against his master, and the arms he equipped to combat the certain beings. Sometimes the arm sets he uses create a metal framing around his face.
