Imps are low class demons that have developed sentience and intelligence unlike that of most demons. They are not naturally inclined to evil deeds even though they typically like to cause mischief. Many grow into more powerful forms, but some never do if they choose to inherit human magics. They do not take more damage from holy or devil slaying magics, contrary to the belief of those ignorant to this race. In terms of age, they live an average of up to 500 years, with even the weakest of them dying at the age of 350.
Do all Imps look the same? Do they have any distinguishes traits such as eye or hair color? How tall are they? Where did they come from? More or less I Would like to see more description here please.

Persuasion: Being a demon of cunning, imps naturally have an easier time getting their way in conversation. All prices in shops gain a 35% discount rounded up. No. Sorry, prices are set, but if you want to have your character bargain for 5 % more jewels on a job, or an extra 10% EXP that is okay.

Flight: Imps can sprout magical wings made of demonic energy that can propel them upwards. The chart below details flight. There are set height limits for flight located in the Magic Guide. What you have is not BAD, you are just selling yourself a little short.
The biggest issue I see with this perk, is the fact that you are combining two abilities, Speed and Flight. Which is not allowed. If you want to drop the persuasion for a speed buff that would be okay, but you cannot have the two in one perk.

Character Depth

Personality: Reiz embodies every stereotype that a demon and imp could embody. He is depraved and has a mind only for power and control. His ambition is strong, desiring to become the strongest wizard in existence.

Very prideful despite his size, Reiz wants to prove wrong all those who treat his kind as an annoyance or nothing more than a bother. He wants to become a superior being in the world, the likes of which no one has seen before.

He is racist towards humans, despising them for their high and mighty superiority complex towards demons and viewing them as the "inferior kind". In that regard he is hateful towards all those who are human, and even some demons. Reiz will try at first to like humans if they present themselves well, but is hard to impress even if he finds himself liking them.

Reiz is not very sensitive to things that people find offensive, and will often deliver insults or say things without fully comprehending the severity of his words; he will then proceed to not care even when informed of what he has said.

But what's a demon without a dirty mind? Reiz is plenty perverted. He desires at least seven wives by the end of his life. Because what is a demon without multiple wives? Trying to get into the pants of beautiful women is something that goes without saying he should do. A lot of the time he acts according to the cliche of what a demon "should" do rather than what he wants to do.

In battle Reiz is ruthless and unforgiving. He plans battles out strategically and with only the idea of victory in mind at any cost. He plays himself the fool to throw the enemy off, hiding his emotions and intentions behind a mask of jokes and mean-spirited comments. He observes every detail about his enemy, plotting their inevitable demise by pinpointing and exploiting the weaknesses of his foes.

He proudly proclaims himself as the "Lord of Evil", the future king of demons who will one day conquer the world with an iron fist. While often met with mockery whenever he talks about this dream, he can't help but feel his pride wounded and get into fits of rage as a result. Nothing can stop this little imp with big dreams except for death. That would kind of be a hindrance.

Likes:

- Women: Being a very horny demon, he will often hit on all the beautiful women he meets.
- Booze: Reiz loves to get hammered off of whatever booze he can find.
- Combat: Reiz likes to instigate combat in order to prove his worth in battle.

Dislikes:

- Furries: Man-beast hybrids are scum of the earth and must be purged.
- Humans: They are equally as bad as furries. Purge them all.
- Rain: Who likes to bask in god's piss? Reiz doesn't. It's just annoying.

Fears:

- Clowns: Even if they're human, clowns scare the hell out of him with their makeup and vibrant clothes.
- Thunder/Lightning: The sound it makes causes him to nearly piss his pants in fear.
- Darkness: Reiz hates being alone in the dark.

Motivations/Goals:

- Conquer the world: Reiz wishes to rule the world with an iron fist as its Lord of Evil.
- Make an inn: Reiz wants to create an inn for people to rest and relax in. No furries allowed.
- Get all the celestial spirit keys: Self-explanatory. He wishes to own all of them.

With Likes, Dislikes, Goals and Fears I would like to see a bit more description. Why does he hate the dark?? Isn't he a demon? So did something happen to cause that? How does he act when coming across clowns? Does he shake like a maraca? How, what, and why are the questions you should be answering with each one.  
Why does he want the celestial spirit keys? Is he a celestial mage? So no it is not self explanatory.
