The advantages to this is that nobody is overwhelming themselves with to much work allowing them to focus on their actual lives while still being able to do their jobs. We already do this to some extent however I want it to be done more completely so here's how I would personally distribute power. Each district will have one administrator to distribute admin power so we don't have crazys.
Owner: Sonya obviously has veto power to overrule any decision she deems unfit. She's been the most stable person on the site and mostly hands off, intervening only when it has to be done. Sonya may administrate one district.
Coder: This is Zed (and some of Sonya). He does a huge amount of work on this and I don't want him having to do anything else. That would be asking way to much for something he's doing for free.
Development: The developers the guys who make the systems and the templates. While everything the developers do goes through a vote everything is built by the developers themselves. Should someone want to build a system of their own they may but any system must go through the developers before going to vote. The best candidates for this job are Dragon, Ean, Mizuko, and Wukong. Those who can admin this spot are myself and Mizu (activity and we already know all the systems inside and out).
Approvals: You approve everything from magic to character apps to missions. This is the most busy job besides being the coder. The best person to administrate approvals is Sonya, because Zed is coder and again, I don't want him doing that much work. :p
Interpersonal: Interpersonal is the people who deal with conflicts between members, be they staff or regular. I nominate Dragon or myself to admin this place.
