Vacant Guild Positions?

I feel like this is something that needs a good amount of a opinion. Myself, and Wu, with an extremely hesitant Ean, all are agreed on the following for guilds:

• Each guild can start with a certain number of positions that are open to try outs, the number we have right now being the following:
  
  1 S
  2 A
  3 B
  4 C
  

• The ones who fill these positions would be up to the guild master, who can host try outs for them how they wish. The guild master also may decide to block out S or A rank positions, if they want people to actually work to get them, rather than simply trying out for them.
  

Everybody okay with this?

Again. Don't think handing out S-ranks should be a thing. Show we care about who really gets that S-rank status by not handing it to anyone and making it a truly recognizable achievement.

Ean, it won't be handed out. Personally, the first person to apply for S-Rank in Sabertooth is gonna get a 1000 word roleplaying example to give me, and exactly why they deserve to be S-Rank so early, in at least 300 words. PLUS, if they can't write coherently, they're not gonna get it. I'm sure I'm not the only one planning on this either. S-Rank isn't a right, it's a privilege.

Some of the position crew were wanting to do this, just didn't know how. So I personally agree with this

We can get rid of the no EXP though but it would make it harder if possible to take out inactive members from those free spots when and if they disappear

If there's going to be S-ranks handed out I'm not going to settle unless these ludicrous restrictions are set:

-Emphatically extra detailed app(1.5x the minimum)
-A history depicting huge amounts of already happening character development (so we're talking about 2000 words of information)
-Rp sample that is 800 words minimum(preferably higher)

In all honesty, I can agree with this, would have been nice to know about this a lot sooner, so I didn't make a total jackass out of myself. Which I'm pretty sure I just did.

I would suggest simply requiring some sort of visible effort in the app and maybe a mandatory 350 word history along with a 500 word rp sample.

I'm usually a lot more critical of myself than I really need to be.

it was the second grading system idea.

Oh, I liked that concept, I've seen it work wonders for site, but I can see where the others believed it would create favoritism and bias.

Sounds like we're really similar aside from the hyper-critical part xD~

Anyways, I am a huge supporter of this idea. I already have my top pick for S-Class and he's beyond just talented.

This is getting nowhere. So I added a poll.

we already know what the poll results will be >.>

I got tired of people arguing over it. This is a way to get people to stop complain, and just accept majority rule.

Honestly I am fine with this system so long as we implement the second grading system with it otherwise unworthy people will get spots and abuse it. This is just my opinion not sure if others agree with me or not
